Internet law: a joint conference

The Peking-Stanford-Oxford University Conference on Internet Law and Public Policy will take place 22-23 November 2014 at the Peking University Law School, Beijing, China. Ginevra Peruginelli, researcher at Cnr-Institute of Legal Information Theory and Techniques (Ittig), will be the only Italian taking part in the meeting.

It is organised by Peking, Stanford and Oxford University and aims at improving communication, to reach consensus and to lead the growth and development of the global Internet industry.

The conference will focus on Internet governance and network neutrality; influence of mobile Internet on the society; protection of Internet and computer software patents; Internet finance; corporate governance; unfair competition on the Internet. Peking University Law School will provide a corresponding translation and publish a bilingual version of all relevant materials.
